With Wayne's insights, we end up talking about sharing well beyond the ideas of the book. We cover sharing as building your personal brand as well as sharing as part of the bigger organizational ecosystem, and how to do that without traveling or formal training.
..and he's funny. He questioned me about the Management Hackathon I mentioned as part of an answer -- and notes that he's participated in management yackathons, but never a hackathon.
