Negotiation Excellence Program for Fortune 100 Company

Faculty director and presenter in two-day, hand-on, negotiation executive education program. Santa Clara faculty co-created this two day program with our industry partners. Our faculty present the basic foundations of negotiation for this supply chain group, and then facilitate the participants working to leverage their own knowledge to fill out the frameworks. Focus is on short and long-term creation of value.
